Software License

License grant

After confirmed payment, Champion Credit LLC grants the purchaser a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, revocable license to access and use the purchased SootyEdge indicators through one authorized TradingView account for the purchaser's own chart analysis.

Licensed software

The license covers the private Sooty Flow Tracker, Sooty Retest Rally, Sooty Action Zones, and Sooty Key Levels indicators, together with the documentation and updates expressly made available under this license. Pine Script source code is not delivered.

Lifetime personal usage

“Lifetime” means for as long as Champion Credit LLC continues to offer the licensed software and can lawfully and practically provide it through TradingView or a supported successor platform. It does not guarantee that TradingView, any feature, or any particular version will remain available forever. No recurring SootyEdge software fee is charged for the licensed access described here.

Account requirements

Access is assigned to the exact TradingView username submitted through the approved fulfillment process. You must keep the account secure and may not allow another person to use the indicators. Username-change requests require purchase verification and may be limited to prevent sharing or abuse.

Restrictions

• No sharing, rental, resale, sublicensing, or access transfer.
• No source-code extraction, reverse engineering, decompilation, or circumvention.
• No copying, republishing, mirroring, or creating derivative indicators.
• No use to operate a signal service, managed account, or competing product.
• No removal of proprietary notices or interference with access controls.

Ownership

Champion Credit LLC and its licensors own the software, source code, logic, designs, documentation, trademarks, and all related intellectual property. The license grants only the usage rights expressly stated and reserves every other right.

Updates and support

The license includes announced updates and technical support that Champion Credit LLC designates as covered. It does not promise a particular update schedule, new feature, custom modification, personalized trading assistance, or compatibility with every future TradingView change.

No trading warranty

The indicators organize chart information for educational and analytical use. They do not predict markets, execute orders, select contracts, manage risk, or guarantee accuracy, profitability, or fitness for a trading objective. You retain full responsibility for every decision and trade.

Suspension and termination

The license may be suspended or terminated for a refunded or reversed payment, account sharing, redistribution, circumvention, fraud, legal requirements, TradingView requirements, or another material breach. On termination, you must stop using the software. Ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and accrued obligations survive.

Relationship to other terms

This license supplements the SootyEdge Terms of Use and Sale and Refund Policy. If terms conflict specifically about software usage rights, this license controls; otherwise the Terms of Use and Sale control.
