Refund Policy

Seven-day software refund window

You may request a refund of the $997 SootyEdge software purchase within seven calendar days after the purchase timestamp by emailing support@sootyedge.com from the purchase email address. You do not need to provide a reason, although feedback is welcome.

Effect of a refund

A full refund ends the software license. Access to all private indicators will be removed from the associated TradingView account, and you must stop using the software and related licensed materials.

Requests after seven days

After the seven-day window, software payments are nonrefundable except when required by applicable law, when a duplicate charge occurred, or when Champion Credit LLC cannot provide the purchased access and does not provide a reasonable remedy.

How to request a refund

• Email support@sootyedge.com with “Software Refund Request” as the subject.
• Use the email address entered at checkout.
• Include the purchase date and exact TradingView username.
• Do not include payment-card numbers, passwords, API tokens, or brokerage credentials.

Processing

We will verify the purchase and acknowledge the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Financial institutions control when funds appear, so posting times may vary.

Chargebacks and fraud

Contact support first so we can investigate billing errors promptly. A payment reversal, chargeback, fraudulent purchase, or unauthorized use may result in immediate access suspension while the matter is reviewed. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

Separate Discord membership

This policy governs the one-time SootyEdge software purchase only. A Discord membership is a separate recurring offer governed by the cancellation and refund terms shown when that membership is purchased. Canceling Discord does not refund or terminate the software, and a software refund does not automatically cancel Discord.

Policy changes

The policy shown and accepted at checkout governs that purchase. We may revise this policy prospectively, but a later revision will not reduce the refund window already promised for a completed purchase.
